By applying for an Apex User Administration Account, you acknowledge and agree that your use of Apex’s services is governed by the documents linked below, including in particular the User Agreement, which sets out the terms of your relationship with Apex. You acknowledge that electronic signatures and records have the same legal effect as handwritten ones under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). You confirm that you can access, read, and retain this disclosure. You may request a paper copy at any time, and you may withdraw your consent to electronic records by contacting us at support.apextraderfunding.com. If You withdraw consent, Apex may not be able to continue providing certain services to you. To receive electronic records, you must have a device with internet access, a valid email address, and the ability to open and retain PDF files.

Each type of Trading Account offered by Apex is subject to its own set of Trading Rules, which define the requirements, limitations, and conditions for use of that account. The Trading Rules are unique to each Trading Account type and may differ depending on whether the account is an Evaluation Account, Performance Account, or any other product Apex offers.
